GAME DESIGN

Welcome to the gallery of game design. Here you will find the games in which I either worked in a small team or solo to develop prototypes for my modules throughout the course.  You will also find a short description of my job in each prototype and an explanation of the game.

Passage is an adventure, platforming game that was created in just 12 weeks. I was the leading character artist and animator. I also played a large role in brainstorming mechanics, storytelling and keeping the team organized.

THE STORY OF HOW MY ACCESSIBLE BOARD GAME WON TWO AWARDS

10 JULY 2025

Creating this board game was part of my 'serious games' module. I was asked to submit it for the SGSCE 2025 at the DSET conference. Bringing just a £50 prototype made in limited time, I was able to take home two awards.

SOLILUSI

Solilusi is a narrative driven game that was created solely by me. As a solo dev, this was challenging to create within the time span of 10 weeks. Created in Unity and coded with C#, this game focuses on the main character, Well, and their unique ability to affect the environment around them with audio geometry.

Using just animation instead of physics for the platforming, it worked well enough for a prototype, earning me a 78 in my 'Indie Games' module.

Visitant

Visitant is a text based horror game , developed in Twine by a team of 3 in just 2 weeks.

I was the narrative director and storyboard artist for this game. Overall very happy with the finished game and is one of the most polished prototypes to date.

In this game you are a concerned individual exploring the house of your eccentric friend.
